Large schools of 10 to15 pound fish can be found on the off shore rocks on the rising tide. Fishing these off shore rock points with farm rigs with a lady fish chunk cut bait or popping cork while looking for the red shaking water of schooled red fish backs. These fish can be caught on top water plugs like mirrow lure also. This is a very specific type of fishing called Bull red fishing.
