Booking and Cancellation Policies

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your trip. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund. Weather conditions can affect our schedule, and safety is our priority. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
